We are Gippsland Skies Pty Ltd (Gippsland Skies).  We are investigating the feasibility of offshore renewable energy off the coast of Waratah Bay (the Gippsland Skies Project or Project). As part of the Project, we operate our website www.gippslandskies.com.au (Website).  

In these website terms of use (Website Terms), a reference to "we", "us" or "our" refers to Gippsland Skies and a reference to "you" or "your" refers to any visitor to this Website.  

2. WHAT ARE THESE TERMS? 

These Website Terms explain the terms and conditions that apply to use of our Website.  These Website Terms contain the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of our Website.  Any previous agreement or understanding relating to the use of our Website is replaced by these Website Terms.

When you use our Website, these Website Terms form an agreement between us and you.  These Website Terms apply to anyone using the Website. 

4. WHAT SERVICES DOES THIS WEBSITE PROVIDE?

(b) information about opportunities for community consultation in relation to the Project; and  

(c) an avenue for local and regional suppliers to register their interest in engaging with the Project.  

The Website content and functionality can change from time to time.  

The Website may contain links to other websites operated by third parties (Links).  These Links are provided for convenience only and may be subject to updates, revisions or other changes by the third parties that control or own those sites.  We are not responsible for the operation of or content on any third party websites accessed through Links.  You access Links at your own risk.

8. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?  

We attempt to limit the collection of personal information via our Website.   

When you use the supplier expression of interest form, the Contact Us form or sign up for our newsletter, certain personal information such as your name and contact details may be collected based on your use of these forms.  This is used to help us appropriately respond to your enquiries or to keep you up to date regarding the Project. 

If we collect any personal information from you while you are using our Website, we will handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Gippsland Skies, and our and our shareholders' staff, contractors and service providers:

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.  If a dispute arises in relation to these Website Terms, you agree that the dispute can be brought before the courts in the State of Victoria, Australia.
